HK$10,000/Package include (12 man-hours)
1) Min charge 2 hours per incident call onsite service (not include the traveling time from our office to client's office) Response within 6 hours excluded the traveling hours
2) Max charge 6 hours per day(if full day is required to process the issue, only six man-hours will be charged per day)
3) Free remote administration (Create/Remove user account, email server administration) during the contract year (12 months)
4) General Hotline Support during office hours (9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Friday)
5) Additional man-hour service HK$800/man-hour (Administration Support)
6) Free onsite Server health checking on every six months during the contract period |
